What a Japanese visitor thinks on your page

I'm that visitor.

“
Is this price with tax, or without?Japan shows tax-included prices by law. A bare "$95" makes us wonder what we'll actually pay.
“
Do I have to call? Most Japanese travelers won't phone in English. No form, no chat — many simply leave.
“
This Japanese was written by a machine. We can tell in one line, and it makes the whole business feel less careful.
“
Which one do other Japanese people pick?Review counts, "most popular" and clear photos matter more to us than long text.

Japan market entry — services and prices

Fixed prices, shown up front. All work done by me personally.

Japanese landing page

One page for your main offer: what it is, yen price, how to book, FAQ, and a Japanese booking form you can read in English (dates, numbers and choices, not Japanese text). Delivered in 5 days. Two rounds of changes.
$600

Site localization

Your existing site, up to 5 pages, rewritten for Japanese readers. Prices, sizes, gifting and contact flow adapted. 2 weeks. Product descriptions $35 each after.
$1,500

Japan Market Check

Before you invest, a written report in English: how Japanese people search for what you sell, 5 competitors already selling it in Japan with their prices, the price range that sells, where it is sold, 10 things to change for Japanese customers, and a 30-day plan. 2 weeks.
$500

Japanese inquiries, monthly

I answer your Japanese inquiries in Japanese and send you an English summary. You never read a word of Japanese.
$150 / month

Japanese social media, monthly

Instagram or X in Japanese, run by a Japanese native: 8 posts a month in the tone, hashtags and seasonal topics Japanese followers respond to, posted in Japan's evening hours when they are online, replies to Japanese comments, monthly report in English.
$350 / month

For comparison, Japan-entry agencies charge $2,000–8,000 for one Japanese landing page. I charge less than a third because I'm one person, with no project managers between you and the native speaker. Need more than the scope above — more pages, more posts, several products? Tell me what you have in mind and I'll give you a fixed price before we start.

How it works

Everything is done by email, in English.

1
Send me your website address.Within two days I send you a free Japanese mock-up of your homepage, so you see the result before deciding anything.
2
Five short questions. What you most want Japanese customers to book, how they should contact you, anything I shouldn't say, which photos and logo I may use, and what your site is built on (Wix, Shopify, etc.). If you don't send photos, I use the ones already on your site.
3
I write and build. You get the page with a short English note under each block: what it says, and why I phrased it that way.
4
Live in 5 days.50% to start, 50% on delivery. Then, if you like, I stay on as your monthly Japan partner.

Not translation.

One line from a surf-school page, three ways.

YOUR ENGLISH

"Book now — spots fill up fast!"

Fine for US visitors. Urgency sells.

MACHINE TRANSLATION

「今すぐ予約 — 席はすぐに埋まります!」

Grammatical, but it reads like a pushy ad. Japanese readers step back from pressure.

WHAT I'D WRITE

「人気の時間帯は埋まりやすいため、お早めにご予約ください。」

"Popular time slots fill up quickly, so please book early." Same urgency, as a courteous heads-up — which is how trust is built in Japanese.

About me

Building the road from the world to Japan.

I'm Imai, and I'm Japanese. I'm the kind of customer your Japanese visitors are: I read reviews before I book, I hesitate when a price isn't clear, and I notice in one sentence whether Japanese was written by a person.

I started Kaido Partners because I kept seeing excellent small businesses abroad — surf schools, bakeries, tailors, honey farms — that Japanese people would love, with no road for Japanese customers to reach them. Kaido Partners builds that road: a Japanese page first, then the market check, the inquiries, the social media — whatever your business needs to enter Japan. At prices a one-person shop can afford.

I use AI tools for speed and write every final word myself. You'll always be talking to me.

KAIDO
kai-DOH · "the highway"

The old highways of Japan carried travelers and goods between the regions and the capital, with post stations along the way. Kaido Partners is a road like that — the one that brings your business into Japan.
